LEAD - Training of Trainers - PROSES 

On 27 September, 26 members of electoral stakeholders (including electoral management bodies, media, and NGOs involved in the electoral process) started a 7-day LEAD Training of Trainers (ToT).  The purpose of the TOT is to create a pool of Afghan accredited trainers that will help ECES to offer LEAD training to electoral stakeholders across the regions of Afghanistan. The innovative Leadership and Conflict Resolution training (LEAD), aims to improve electoral stakeholders’ leadership skills. The training curriculum, with a focus on electoral integrity, has been adapted and translated into local languages.
