The Guidelines on Data Analysis and Statistical Forensic Methods to Detect Electoral Irregularities

The overall goal of the Guidelines on Data Analysis and Statistical Forensic Methods to Detect Electoral Irregularities is to outline some fundamental concepts of electoral data and electoral analysis, followed by practical tips to be used as you build a database using open-source software. This material was presented during the trainings for various election observers groups, media and EMBs organized by PROSES/ECES held in Kabul in September 2019.
