The Guidelines to Election Reporting
The Guidelines to Election Reporting aim at supporting citizen observer organisations to develop a more comprehensive and systematic approach to structured, fact-based and message-oriented reporting and drafting of constructive and achievable recommendations. All of which could be essential to enhance the integrity of future elections. Additionally, this guide provides suggestions for public outreach, which is important to effectively communicate findings, conclusions, and recommendations to a broader audience. This material was presented during the trainings for various election observers groups, media and EMBs organized by PROSES/ECES held in Kabul in October 2019.
