The Guidelines to Election Reporting in the Field

The Guidelines to Election Reporting in the Field aim at giving observers in the field - and particularly regional or provincial coordinators - some background on good practices in internal election reporting and observation. In addition, these guidelines give a brief overview of international standards which are considered the foundation of election observation. Further, these guidelines provide also an overview of possible areas of assessment and questions to ask in an observation. This material was presented during specialized trainings for election observers groups organized by PROSES/ECES, held in Kabul in January 2020
