CECOE’s Lessons Learned workshop on Election Observation Findings

With technical assistance from the European Centre for Electoral Support, Coalition of Ethiopian Civil Society Organizations for Election - CECOE held sensitization workshops on election observation findings and recommendations in Jimma and Arbaminch on July 12 and 18 respectively.

During the implementation of the observation project, CECOE and its member CSOs, regional focal persons, zonal coordinators, and observers encountered and underwent a variety of scenarios and circumstances. CECOE recognized that there are several lessons to be learned from the varying experiences of its member CSOs, regional focal persons, zonal coordinators, and observers in terms of; recruitment of observers, accreditation of observers, training, documents, deployment, and reporting in its assessment of its implementation of the election observation project.
