LEAD Training for Bahirdar LAW Student

Within the context of #EU4Democracy in Ethiopia fully funded by the European Union, the PEV Ethiopia project has implemented a 4-day Leadership and Conflict Management Skills for Electoral Stakeholders Training (LEAD) in Bahirdar between November 6-9 for members of the Civil Society Organisations in the Amhara region.

This training is meant to equip the trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to the improvement of the electoral process in Ethiopia. LEAD is a flexible learning tool that is customized according to the specific target group and provides participants with the resource and skills needed to replicate the training to ensure sustainability.
