Women Coaching Program

Our Support to Political Party System Component (implemented by the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy- NIMD) in cooperation with the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs recently concluded an online training as part of “The Women Coaching Programme”.

During the three-day training, the participants had the chance to learn and discuss different topics including leadership approaches, communication skills and parliament related knowledge.

The Women Coaching Programme is part of the EU-JDID project's efforts to support the enhancement of women leaders and their capacity to inluence decision-making.
