8th training session of YPCA Trainee Programme

EU-JDID project, Component III in cooperation with the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs وزارة الشؤون السياسية و البرلمانية MoPPA conducted the last training session of the second round of young political and civic actors on July (25-27). The ‘Online Outreach and Engagement’ training was performed by the international expert and trainer Anass Bendrif, where approximately 31 young political and civic actors attended.

The training focused mainly on the utilization of social media by political parties to engage with the public and influence the public opinion. The training introduced participants to the modern concepts of outreach and engagement using social media. The training also included teamwork activities where the participants had the opportunity to develop their own social media campaign in groups.
