Youth Training

Around 22 young political and civic actors took part in our training session focusing on 'Civil Society and Political Parties' on Saturday.

Held by EU-JDID's Support to Political Party System component in close cooperation with the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs (وزارة الشؤون السياسية و البرلمانية moppa), the training was delivered by the expert and local trainer Amro Nawayseh.

He introduced the participants to the concepts of political parties and civil society, their interactions in the Jordanian society and the challenges that they face.

Highly engaged in the discussion, the young men and women exchanged ideas and thoughts to improve the collaboration between civil society organizations and political parties.

This training is part of EU JDID’s efforts to strengthen the capacities of young political and civic actors to engage in political processes and enhance their #communication skills.
