YPCA training

The EU-JDID Project- Component 3 (implemented by the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy - NIMD) and in cooperation with the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs held the first Trainings for Young Political and Civic Actors (YPCA) Programme. 

The participants completed two training courses, which extended on 4 training days. The sessions were led by Dr. Ahmed Al-Jaribei on political theory and lawyer Mu’ath Al-Momani on the role of parliament, parties and the media in oversight.

From his side, HE. Dr. Ali AlKhawaldah, the Secretary General of MoPPA expressed “the great interest of the ministry in working in partnership to support and enhance the capacity of young political and civic actors for the past 10 years, valuing the partnership between the Ministry and the EU-JDID project.”
