LEAD Training of Trainers
From 28 March to the 1 April 2022, our Pro-Peace Kenya project, jointly implemented by the European Centre for Electoral Support and the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) organised a Training of Trainers on the Leadership and Conflict Management Skills for Electoral Stakeholders (LEAD) programme for key leaders from State and Non-State Actors in Kenya's electoral landscape.Upon completion of the 5-day intensive session, these Leaders were accredited as facilitators that will further cascade the LEAD curriculum across 8 regions in Kenya.
Additionally, they are expected to utilise the leadership tools acquired for conflict resolution in the electoral process towards promoting peace and cohesion in the regions.
