For an election to be successful and democratic, the voter must:
• understand that to vote is this right and responsibility,
• be sufficiently knowledgeable of the availability and accessibility of the information;
• be well informed about conditions and procedures of this meaningfully participation in the voting process ,
• Aware about the inclusiveness (minority, PWD, IDP and other marginalizing group) and the non-partisan of voter education.
As we are in African country, voter education should take into account factors such as high rates of illiteracy or the use of different languages in a country, making clear that suffrage is universal. A specific attention must be directed to the women and the youth. Hence the THE INEC TRAINING OF COMMUNITY VOTER EDUCATION PROVIDERS IN SUPPORT OF THE ONDO STATE GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION, 29TH SEPTEMBER 2020 supported by the EU under the EUSDGN project implemented by
