For an election to be successful and democratic, the voter must:• understand that to vote is this right and responsibility,
• be sufficiently knowledgeable of the availability and accessibility of the information;
• be well informed about conditions and procedures of this meaningfully participation in the voting process ,
• Aware about the inclusiveness (minority, PWD, IDP and other marginalizing group) and the non-partisan of voter education.
As we are in African country, voter education should take into account factors such as high rates of illiteracy or the use of different languages in a country, making clear that suffrage is universal. A specific attention must be directed to the women and the youth.
