Simultaneous LEAD Workshops in Jimma

Within the Context of the PEV-Ethiopia Project fully funded by the European Union, ECES Conducted a Leadership and Conflict Management Skills for Electoral Stakeholders –LEAD Training in Jimma on May 25-28, 2021.

The training was held at the Honey land and Degitu Hotel in Jimma, Ethiopia with over 70 Participants representing, civil society organizations that work with Women, Youth and PWDs. Over the course of the workshop topics such as, Social Identity, The Electoral cycle, Leadership and Mediation were discussed.
