LEAD Training for LAW School
Within the context of #EU4Democracy in Ethiopia fully funded by the European Union, the PEV Ethiopia project has implemented a 3-day Leadership and Conflict Management Skills for Electoral Stakeholders Training (LEAD) to representatives of Hawassa and Arba Minch University Law School and Political Science students and instructors.
The training was held in Addis Ababa between 30th October and 1st November. It is meant to equip the trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to the improvement of the electoral process in Ethiopia by improving their leadership skills and take on board means for preventing and/or mitigating the escalation of electoral violence and conflict throughout the respective electoral cycle.
