Yohannes Yadagna is the African Regional Director for GOinnovation based in Ethiopia which provides creative leadership and capacity building solutions for businesses, NGO's, Embassies and Government across Africa. He is also co-founder of the NGO 'Hiwot', which works among the most at-risk people groups in Ethiopia by equipping local communities to address the most difficult issues they are facing through leadership development and capacity building to lead local solutions. Yadade has a solid background in facilitating the implementation of leadership programs.
