Our co-founder and CEO Steadman Harrison has a long history in the Center for Creative Leadership and a track record of scaling societal impact projects in an African context and facilitating leadership solutions for thousands of people in more than 65 countries. He is the co-founder of the LEAD curriculum used by the European Centre for Electoral Support in more than 30 countries. The GoInnovation team's projects have touched nearly all levels of society and all verticals, and include women's empowerment; elections and democracy; food security; bespoke corporate and organizational development solutions for manufacturing, healthcare, chamber of commerce, education, and fast food; multi-stakeholder interventions with global NGOs; executive and group coaching for both for- and non-profit organizations; training of trainers events and customized toolkits; youth leadership development initiatives; and creative media storytelling through writing, videography, and podcasting. The team is globally dispersed across the United States (Tupelo, Nashville, and Austin) as well as in the Africa Regional Office in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
