NWAEDE, Awele Jennifer is a chartered accountant with over a decade of experience currently serving as project accountant at ECES. As a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Economists of Nigeria, Jennifer brings meticulous tact and outstanding financial knowledge to her work.

Jennifer has experience managing big financial portfolios, long and short term budgets, planning and forecasting; analyzing trends and variances, instituting Cost Control systems, among others. Her work experience spans over a decade in various organisations such as Bouygues Construction Nigeria Limited (BCNL - a global player in construction designing, building and operating projects in the sectors of building, infrastructure and industry with operations in more than 60 countries) where she served for over seven years managing overheads sections, developing annual operating plan and monthly cost/budget forecast, analyzing overhead cost against Budget; reviewing payment, allocating budget codes to expenses, preparing periodic report to top management, among many other duties. Her dedication set her apart and she rose through the ranks, resigning as Deputy Senior Cost Controller. Jennifer served as Account Assistant at Drive Media Consult, reviewing and appraising project implementation costs, appraised marketing executives’ performance, payroll preparation, cash flow analysis, bank reconciliation, and more. She also served as Internal Auditor Administrative at Railway Properties Management Company Ltd. Ensuring budget implementation and controlled, supporting audit and general accounting processes.

Jennifer brings a keen understanding of operational diversity to her work within the electoral and democracy fields. She uses thorough methodology acquired from variant spheres of the economy in advising on measures and processes to ensure the success of financial management within the electoral field. Jennifer offers a sound understanding of accounting systems, funds reconciliatory and replenishment processes, proper reporting, and efficient staff appraisal mechanism. She produces quality materials within set timeframes while simultaneously ensuring internal quality management procedures, financial planning and controls, follow-up and implementation. She possesses top notch skills in the usage of SAP- Edifice, HA- Pablo, VALO NT, Winbooks, Microsoft Office Package especially with excel.
