Abdul Mohaimin Mansoori is a local ECC Training and Capacity building expert at ECES in Afghanistan, where he supports the ECC to identify the areas where they need the training to develop the capacity of ECC staff.

He has worked as a senior legal adviser to Minister of Justice and senior national human rights educational adviser with AA2J/UNDP. He has previously worked for Ministry of Justice, Kakar Advocate legal firm and a lecturer at Salam University.

He has a Master (LLM) degree in Law and Islamic jurisprudence from Salam University located in Kabul and LLB (Sharia& Law) from international Islamic University Islamabad Pakistan.
