Abdullah Noori-Nooristani Sunara is a Local Electoral Expert at ECES in Afghanistan, where he coordinates and develops materials related to the elections.

Abdullah has worked as senior advisor to the Chief Electoral Officer of Independent Election Commission of Afghanistan. Previously he worked for University of Maryland USA, NATO in Afghanistan, diplomatic entities, Defense Ministry of Spain, Kabul University.

He has a Master degree in Diplomacy and International Relations from Diplomatic School of Madrid and B.A. in philology from Kabul University.
