Amirouche Nedjaa is a media monitoring and communication expert with over 12 years of experience in the field. Amirouche is the executive director of Mena Media Monitoring (MMM), an organization that monitors hate speech in Morocco, Tunisia, Libya and Jordan. Since 2011 the MMM is monitoring the different aspects of communication-related to elections in the MENA area. Since 2010 he participated in several Election Observation Missions as a Media Monitoring Expert and Media Analyst for the European Union, OSCE and IRI. In Tunisia he worked for the High authority for audiovisual communication (HAICA) - Tunisia to provide Technical support to HAICA and drafted the report "Image of women in political pluralism in the Tunisian media.
Amirouche holds a degree in Élections administrator diploma from la Sorbonne, a master’s in media management and a degree in computer science and a Master's of the first level in Information Communication. Mr Nadja speaks French, Arabic, English and Berber.
