Helen Rintari is the Junior Project Officer in the PRO PEACE Kenya projects. She is a National Project Coordinator in the Partnership for Investment and Growth in Africa (PIGA) since 2017, where she implemented projects in Kenya, Zambia, Ethiopia, and Mozambique. Indeed, she provided technical and management support, working with many national and international stakeholders to ensure the project's results. In the previous years, Hellen was Chief Operating Officer for Business Link Africa (BLA) in Nairobi, where she participated in the design and implementation of the projects. She is also Secretary to the Board of Director-Administration and Projects committee in the SME Africa Trust, where she promotes the development of small and Medium Enterprises in the African context.  Furthermore, she was also a Systems Administrator and Team Leader at the Kenya Methodist University from 2010 to 2014.

In addition, Hellen holds a Master’s in business administration, a BSC in Information Technology and a Diploma in Information Technology at the Jomo Kenyatta University Agriculture and Technology. She speaks Kiswahili and English while she has a moderate level of French.
