Thibaut Matton has several experiences in the field of finance and administrative support, but also in the field of charity. He worked at the ECES’s headquarters in Brussels with the financial expert to follow the administrative and financial procedures of the EU and to elaborate the budget of the elections in Comoros; he assisted the administrative and financial team in two field missions, in Comoros and in Madagascar. He also worked as an intern in Amman, Jordan, in the regional office with the electoral department of the UNDP, to increase the participation of women in the electoral process. He also worked with the Red Cross as administrative and coding support. He holds a master’s in International Relations and Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin and a bachelor’s in marketing in Brussels.
