George Ugwo is a Finance Professional with over 7 years professional experience in Development Projects Financing. He has worked at various capacity implementing Projects in the past with CHEERS on the Global Fund Impact on HIV grant through FHI 360 as the Principal Recipient and with National Malaria Elimination Programme on two Global Fund Grants namely GF R8 and New Funding Model. George works as a Finance Manager with CLEEN Foundation and manages and reports on the Financials for DFID, OSF, MacArthur 1 and INL Projects.

George holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialty in Finance and Bachelors Degree in Accounting from University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is well vast in Accounting skills requisite for effective Donor Financial Reporting and Fund Management. He is a certified participant of SAGE Training for Accounting Professionals. and Global Fund Training for Finance Officers.
