Olaniyi Olaniyan is a Programme Officer. Prior to joining the Programme team of IMS in 2017, he worked with Centre for Environment, Human Rights and Development (CEHRD), in Port Harcourt.

Over the years, his work focused on Project Design and Implementation, Audio-Visual Communication Packaging for Civil Society Advocacy Programmes, Communication Strategies in Peace-Building Engagements, and Media Relations.

Olaniyi holds a Diploma in Journalism from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism in Lagos and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Ibadan.
