Olusola Folayan is Programme Coordinator, Westminster Foundation for Democracy. Sola is joining the Nigerian Team as Programme Coordinator. She is an international development practitioner with varied outstanding experience international cooperation, civil society organisational development, research, programme management and trainings across African Development/Humanitarian sector.  She is a women, child and youth advocate and has successfully managed different projects in different thematic areas as staff of international development-oriented organizations. She is very much keen in working for the development of an enabling environment for people so as to be able to ensure peace and as such shows interest in women empowerment, youth engagement, networking and policy advocacy.  Sola is proactive, energetic, and success-driven; with strong commitment to excellence, equipped with excellent people skills and proven ability to communicate well with all levels of professionals.
