Aseel Sha’ban is the Junior Advisor in component 3 of the project.
She has worked in the field of elections as an international observer and political analyst since 2013. During the EU Election Observation Mission to the Jordanian Parliamentary Elections 2016, Aseel held a Junior Political Analyst position; she followed and observed the political rallies and partisan candidates campaign activities and analyzed the participation of political parties.
In addition, she served as an international observer at the National Democratic Institute Election Observation Mission to the Jordanian Parliamentary Elections 2013, also she worked with several global organizations as a focal point and analyst, her diverse experience has taught her to act as a facilitator between international standards and local traditions. These organizations included the National Democratic Institute (NDI), the European Union (EU), the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD)
Aseel holds a Bachelor Degree in English Language and Literature and a Master Degree in Diplomatic Studies from the University of Jordan
