The project will be closely coordinated by the EPD Consortium led by ECES and along the lines of the EURECS Strategy.

The umbrella of EURECS allows a strict and unified management of the consortium members guaranteeing the efficiency of the project implementation.

A 2 levels management structure is designed:

• In Jordan, a Project Management Unit, led by a Project Director, implements all project's activities. 
• In Europe (Brussels), the EPD Consortium, under the leadership of ECES and with the support of EPD Secretariat, will set the lines of the project implementation. The management at Brussels level will be responsible for the results to be achieved, of its finances, and it will provide back-stopping support, will make all strategic decisions and ensure they are adequately implemented.
