Within the second component of the programme, Electoral Assistance, the following actions will be implemented:
- Strengthen the institutional framework and Human Resources capacities of the IEC (2.1);
- Reinforce IEC’s capacities in legal, technical and operational planning (2.2);
- Strengthen IEC’s outreach strategies and relations with stakeholders (in particular women and youth) through inter alia media and social media (2.3);
- Enhance a professional and transparent management system of electoral disputes (2.4).
