Haitham Abdallah is a development worker who holds a BA. in software engineering from Philadelphia University, Jordan. He joined EU-JDID, Support to Political Party System component, in 2020, as a Technical Adviser on Youth and Gender.

Haitham has many years of professional experience working with teams as a leader, co-creater and implementer of projects with a special focus on civic and political engagement of youth and women. He also holds significant experience in developing MEAL frameworks following innovative approaches to engage with women and youth from different backgrounds and within different contexts.

Moreover, Haitham has a deep understanding of the economic, political and social context of Jordan, allowingproviding him with a solid base of research and analytical skills which allows him to engage in different capacity to develop programme assessments, evaluations, research assignments, and political economy analyses.
