Rania Al Qadi is the Program Coordinator at the Parliamentary Component. Since her early professional career beginning, Rania has been interested in working in multi- Cultural organizations whose basic cores are making immense and vital changes in societies in various fields. Therefore, her first professional career start was working with UNRWA that aimed at aiding Palestinian refugees in the fields of education and health. Then, she moved to work with Penal Reform International that is hugely dedicated towards achieving reformation if the Juvenile and prisoners’ rights. As part of her determination of working in humanitarian aid, she worked with Doctors without Borders (MSF) in Ramtha to aid Syrian patients who were injured during the Syrian conflict. Afterwards, she worked with USAID at the American Embassy in Amman.
She graduated from Applied Science University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 2001. She got a diploma in Educational Psychology in 2005 and then she received her Master’s degree majoring in Diplomatic Studies in 2007.
